Pulled Pixels ("we", "us") provides real estate photo editing, virtual staging and video editing through pulledpixels.com and our client portal. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email, phone number, company and country. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.
- Your files: the photos, videos and notes you upload, and the edited files we deliver.
- Order and payment records: what you ordered, amounts and payment status. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store your card number.
- Basic usage data: pages visited and device type, through Google Analytics.
How we use it
- To edit and deliver your orders and show you previews
- To send emails about your orders (order received, files ready, payment received, files expiring)
- To take payments and keep accounting records
- To improve our website and service
We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails without your permission.
Google sign-in
If you use "Continue with Google", we only request your name, email and profile picture to create and sign in to your account. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the portal: Supabase (accounts and database), Cloudflare (file storage), Razorpay (payments), Brevo (emails) and Google (sign-in and analytics). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
How long we keep your files
Uploaded and edited files are deleted automatically 3 days after your first download, or 30 days after delivery or upload if not downloaded. Order and payment records are kept as required for accounting and tax.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your account and data at any time by emailing us. You can also update your name and phone number in the portal.
Confidentiality
Your files are private to your account and our editors. We never publish your work in our portfolio without your permission. NDAs are available on request.
